Exchange The PC is a collaborative competitive programming format where a team of two participants works on interconnected problems in a structured, time-bound manner. Each participant is initially assigned a separate problem consisting of Part A and Part B, and they begin by solving Part A individually on their respective systems. After a fixed time interval, the teammates switch workstations and take over each other partially completed code to solve Part B.
